For students that don't know how to access their BB9.1 account, or encounter other issues
Scenario 1: The student most likely does not know or remember his or her user and password.
Solution 1: This link will allow them to capture their username and create a password.

After acquiring their user and password they could simply log-in using the link below
https://cunyportal.cuny.edu/cpr/authenticate/portal_login.jsp
Scenario 2: The student is still having problems logging in to account or access issues.
Solution 2: Have the student go to B127 for BB9.1 student support.
